General Policy

At Linenzo, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our high-end linen clothing. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy provides you with guidelines to facilitate the process.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Products must be returned within 4 working days or exchanged within 7 working days of the original purchase date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Eligible Items

Customized or personalized items.
Items marked as final sale.
Items without original tags or packaging.
Damaged or used items.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team via email at Refund@linenzo.net or call 01064544000.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for sending your item(s) back.
Pack the item(s) securely, including the RMA number and proof of purchase, and send them to the address provided.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service team to specify the item you wish to exchange and the new item you want.
Follow the same steps as the return process to send the original item back.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the new item to you.

Shipping Fees

All shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the client.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Inspection and Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Linenzo will cover shipping fees for defective or damaged items.
